How to apply for a position
Vacant positions in all our business units are posted on www.finn.no.

Select the job(s) that interest you, and apply online by following these instructions:

Select the title of the position that you are interested in to view the duties and requirements.

Before applying a position please review the duties and minimum requirements stated in the recruitment announcement. If you are interested in the position and feel that your education and experience meet the qualifications, you may apply with an internet application.
You can find this by clicking on the blue link “Søk her” on the right side in the advertisement.
- To apply for a position on-line, you must provide all information as requested via the on-line application system in Sola Kommune. You can continue the process in these ways:
- Send a direct application without register your CV in our database. Please click: “Gå til skjema”.
- Register your profile by clicking the link: “Ny bruker”. This CV will remain in our database.

Log in. If you have already registered your CV with us, log in here. You can then review or update your CV and apply for the available position.
Fill out all the relevant information for the position and fill out the application. Press send.
Please notice:
You can use the buttons at the bottom of the form to navigate between the pages (do not use the Back and Forward buttons in your browser).
Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your application from: postmottak@sola.kommune.no. This receipt will be sent to the email address you provided us with in your application form.
Do not send in your diplomas or certificates.
Sola kommune does not have a system to handle open applications. You must apply for a vacancy to submit your application.
Given the quantity of applications that we receive, we will contact only those candidates selected for an interview.
If you don’t have a computer available you may contact us by phone to request a paper application.
