Are you pregnant and live in Sola?

If your are pregnant you can come to the public health clinic (Healthstation) and meet a midwife  to have your pregnancy check-ups  through the whole pregnancy.

We have a midwife stationed both at Sola, Tjelta and Tananger healthstation. In Tjelta there is a midwife every Wednesday and in Tananger every Friday and in Sola there is a midwife 5 days a week.

 The pregnancy check-up will be adjusted after your needs and we want to give you an offer that contains continuity, with focus on safety in preparing for the birth and role as new parent. The pregnancy  check-up at the doctor or with the midwife in the healthstation  is  free .

The swimming pool is closed because of technical problems!

Try water gymnastics!

Join the group of pregnant women in doing different exercises  under leadership of the midwife and in 34 degreees hot pool water.

Place:   Sola helse- og sosialsenter, Soltunvn. 8 (basement)

Time:                    Friday     at 13.30 – 14.30

40 minutes of efficient pool-fun. No registration on beforehand - no payment. Bring your swimwear together with a waterbottle  and meet outside the swimmingpool. Hoping to see you! Please contact us if you have any questions!
